Location: Beaconsfield / Hybrid
Reports to: Senior HR Business Partner

As an HR Business Partner, you’ll play a pivotal role in making this vision a reality. You’ll partner with leaders to drive organisational design, support acquisitions and integrations, manage TUPE processes, and deliver strategic HR projects that shape the future of our business. This is your opportunity to influence change and create an environment where people thrive.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead on change management and organisational design initiatives
  • Support TUPE, acquisitions, and integration processes
  • Own employee relations cases and provide expert guidance
  • Deliver ER clinics and coach managers on HR best practice
  • Analyse people data to shape decisions and solutions

What we’re looking for:

  • CIPD Level 5 (part or fully completed) and solid HR experience
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and employee relations
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • A proactive, analytical thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to travel and a valid UK driving licence
