HR Business Partner - 12-month Fixed-term Contract
Elevation Recruitment Group is delighted to be exclusively partnering with a well-established Tech business based in Sheffield to recruit a HR Business Partner on a 12-month fixed-term contract, working full-time.

Role Responsibilities
As a HR Business Partner your role will include:
- Partner closely with senior leaders, building trusted relationships and providing pragmatic HR advice and support across a range of people-related challenges.
- Lead on complex employee relations matters, including disciplinaries, grievances and performance management, ensuring cases are handled fairly, consistently and in line with employment legislation.
- Coach and challenge leaders to build their confidence and capability, providing constructive guidance and helping to create strong, high-performing team cultures.
- Work closely with the Head of HR on strategic people projects, including M&A due diligence, integration planning and wider organisational change initiatives.

The ideal candidate will:
- Be a confident HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
- Have strong experience managing complex ER cases independently, including disciplinaries, grievances and performance matters.
- Be confident influencing and constructively challenging managers, with the ability to provide clear, pragmatic advice and push back when needed.
- Be CIPD qualified or actively working towards a CIPD qualification.
- Be based within a commutable distance of Sheffield, ideally already living locally within the Yorkshire area.
