Are you a driven, resilient and experienced HR professional looking for a new challenge? Do you have experience in strong relationship-building and employee relations? Are you looking for the opportunity to work for a nationally known business?
We are working with a well-known and established business based in Glasgow City Centre to secure a new HR BP to join a high performing team. Ideally, you will have strong HR experience at a similar level, be a confident communicator, be able to handle challenging conversations and have strong ER experience. You will be an integral part of the team, implementing and rolling out the people, planning and HR strategies across the business. You will also be providing value-adding support, coaching and advice to leadership team members.

What You Will Do
- Implementing and delivering the HR strategy and people plan, including talent and performance management, succession planning and change management
- Supporting the bigger picture strategy of the wider business
- Collaborating and working closely with key stakeholders in the business
- Coaching and advising when required on a range of HR issues
- Providing operational support on organisational change, rewards and recognition
- Successfully providing clear people plan solutions, meeting business objectives and working in collaboration with key business stakeholders
- Responsible for having union exposure and collaboration
- Supporting line managers with absence management, disciplinaries and grievances

Who We Are Looking For
- Strong HR BP level experience
- A confident communicator, both written and oral
- Enjoy building strong business relationships with internal stakeholders
- Proactive, confident and resilient
- Knowledge and experience in providing HR best practices and HR Technology
- Ability to understand and implement business needs
- Ability to coach and influence
- Passionate about delivering excellent customer service
- Been involved in TUPE, Re-Design or redundancy projects
- MCIPD/Other qualified
Working Hours
You will work core hours Monday - Friday, and follow a hybrid working model, with travel permitted to other sites when required.
