We are looking for an experienced, French-speaking Human Resources Business Partner to provide practical, trusted and commercially focused HR support across our European operations. Reporting to the HR Manager Europe, you will partner with leaders and employees throughout the employee lifecycle, navigate complex employee relations matters and play an important role in organisational change, acquisitions and business integrations.

This is an opportunity to combine hands-on HR partnering with cross-border impact in a global, matrixed organisation. You will translate employment requirements into clear, workable solutions while building trusted relationships and helping leaders make confident people decisions.

What you will do

  • Partner with leaders and employees across Europe, providing pragmatic advice on employee relations, performance, leave, employment conditions, policies and the wider employee lifecycle.
  • Manage investigations, grievances, disciplinary and performance matters, employee exits and consultation processes with consistency, respect and sound judgement.
  • Support mergers, acquisitions and integrations through people-related due diligence, integration planning and post-transaction implementation.
  • Advise on European and country-specific employment legislation, consultation obligations and workforce change, turning complex requirements into clear recommendations.
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships, coach leaders and maintain transparent communication throughout HR initiatives and change programmes.
  • Help embed HR frameworks, processes, systems and ways of working, including onboarding and training for employees and leaders.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
