HRBP - Regional - Southwest England

Hybrid

Salary - £45,000 plus benefits

We are partnered with a Heritage retail brand who are looking for a HRBP to support their store across the South West of England.

You'll be the go-to HR Partner for Area Managers, Store Managers and Deputy Managers across your region, driving performance management, employee relations, and the people initiatives that keep the business moving. This is a field-based role: expect to be in stores at least three days a week, building relationships and solving problems on the ground.

The role:

  • Bring the business agenda, people plan and colleague lifecycle to life across your region
  • Provide hands-on advice and support to store leadership on people, process and policy
  • Own performance management activity across your region, clear objectives, effective feedback, better customer service outcomes
  • Lead Employee Relations case management, in line with ACAS best practice
  • Use data (case trends, turnover, etc.) to spot patterns and advise stakeholders
  • Spot risk early, welfare, ER, recruitment, training and work with stakeholders to fix it
  • Drive HR initiatives: talent development, engagement, management development, organisational change

  • Generalist HR experience, or CIPD Level 5
  • Solid, current knowledge of employment legislation
  • Experience within Retail would be advantageous or within multisite business
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, and genuinely strong active listening
