HR Business Partner
Location: Christchurch, Dorset
(Hybrid Working) Salary: £45,000 + Benefits
Are you an experienced HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced, operationally focused environment? Do you enjoy partnering with leaders, using data to drive decision-making, and influencing stakeholders across a complex multi-site business?
We are seeking an ambitious and proactive HR Business Partner to join a well-established organisation.
HR Business Partner - The Role
As HR Business Partner, you will act as a trusted advisor to leaders across a diverse business unit, providing expert guidance across the full employee lifecycle. Working within a complex operational environment, you will support organisational change, drive people initiatives, and use workforce data and insights to influence business decisions.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Partnering with managers and leaders across multiple sites to provide proactive HR support.
- Supporting employee relations activity, including complex case management, disciplinary, grievance, absence management, and performance issues.
- Using HR metrics and workforce data to identify trends, provide insights, and support business planning.
- Coaching and developing managers to improve leadership capability and people management practices.
- Supporting organisational change projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Driving engagement, retention, and talent development activities.
- Working collaboratively with wider HR teams to deliver a consistent and high-quality employee experience.
- Ensuring compliance with employment legislation and company policy.

HR Business Partner - About You
We are looking for an experienced HR professional who combines strong operational HR expertise with the ability to build credible relationships across all levels of the organisation.
You will ideally have:
- Previous experience in an HR Business Partner, Senior HR Advisor, or HR Manager role.
- Strong generalist HR knowledge across the full employee lifecycle.
- Experience supporting complex, multi-site, or operationally focused businesses.
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Strong analytical capability with experience interpreting HR data, metrics, and trends.
- Confidence influencing and challenging managers to achieve positive business outcomes.
- A pragmatic, solutions-focused approach with the ability to work at pace.
- CIPD qualification (Level 5 or above) or equivalent experience would be advantageous.
