Warehousing, Manufacturing & Distribution
Coventry – Site-based
£45,000 - £50,000
This is an opportunity to join a profitable, dynamic distribution and manufacturing business at a pivotal stage in its growth. Reporting to and working with the Head of People, you will partner with line managers across the business to embed standards, behaviours and systems for people management and development.
The aspiration is to develop managers to be fully accountable for people transactions across their teams. The HRBP will support this process by ensuring managers have the information, support and capability to fulfil their responsibilities.
The initial focus of the role will cover resourcing, employee relations, people policy and systems utilisation. As management capabilities develop, the role will evolve over time to look at the complete HR lifecycle with a move from operational delivery to a more strategic focus.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
