About The Team

You’ll be joining the JD.com team, which values collaboration, ownership, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Role Summary:

Based in Milton Keynes, the HRBP will work closely with the senior leadership and leadership teams of JD's logistics division. You are responsible for aligning HR initiatives with business goals, fostering talent development, and establishing a high-performance culture. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to JD's success in a dynamic and evolving market and to support our expanding activities in Germany and Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with logistics leadership to understand business priorities and provide strategic HR support to enhance organizational performance.
  • Lead talent management processes, including performance reviews, succession planning, and leadership development programs.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet JD’s staffing needs in German logistics operations.
  • Manage employee relations, ensure a positive work environment, and address performance or behavioral issues in compliance with local regulations.
  • Support organizational change and transformation initiatives aligned with JD’s global vision.
  • Advise on compensation, benefits, and HR policies, ensuring full compliance with German labor laws.
  • Utilize HR data and analytics to continuously improve HR programs and processes.
  • Promote employee engagement, diversity, and inclusion to strengthen JD’s work culture.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of HR Business Partner experience, with a background in logistics, supply chain, or related industries preferred.
  • Fluent in English, both verbally and in writing, with strong negotiation skills.
  • In-depth understanding of the logistics or supply chain industry, including its operational challenges and talent needs.
  • Solid experience in performance management, talent development, employee relations, and organizational development.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Familiarity with UK labor laws and HR best practices.
