Are you a strategic, people-first HR leader ready to drive impactful change across a global footprint?

We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team. In this role, you will act as a trusted strategic partner to senior leaders, providing the insights, constructive challenge, and practical solutions needed to navigate complex organizational transformations. You will combine high-level change management with a deep commitment to our culture, ensuring our people are supported, engaged, and set up for long-term success.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead transformation activity ensuring colleagues are supported, engaged and set up for success through change. As a trusted partner, you'll provide insight, constructive challenge and practical, people-centred solutions.
  • Oversee employee relations matters, ensuring outcomes are fair, consistent and legally compliant. Working closely with colleagues you'll help deliver initiatives that enhance performance, boost colleague experience and strengthen organisational capability.
  • Focusing on excellence, efficiency, great customer service and continuous improvement, you’ll promote the values and culture of the organisation by acting as a role model ensuring our people are motivated, skilled, engaged and cared for.

Experience

  • Significant experience as an HR Business Partner in a complex global organisation
  • A strong track record in supporting senior leaders through change.
  • Experience managing ER matters
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to build trust quickly and work collaboratively.
  • A proactive, analytical and people-centred approach, using data and insight to inform decisions.
  • Broad generalist HR expertise and the ability to engage specialist input when required.
  • Curiosity about emerging HR technology and AI, and the ability to apply these in a practical, value-adding way.
  • CIPD qualified
  • Experience of using Workday
  • Keep policies and practices aligned with UK employment legislation while strengthening compliance, controls and risk management
