About the Role
You’ll be an HR Business Partner who thrives on providing strategic advice to improve organisational effectiveness, workforce planning, organisational design, and business performance.
Having operated within highly commercial environments you’re comfortable in translating business objectives into people solutions that have a measurable commercial result.
This is a newly created role as their HR transitions from a generalist to HRBP model operating with their HR Services and COE’s.
Responsibilities
- Reporting into the HRD and Head of HR you will be responsible for your own population at their London office.
- The population you’ll be supporting is c100: this includes their Financial Traders, Risk, and Strategic teams.
- Very analytical, data-driven, and measured on their commercial success, this will be a stakeholder group that fits your approach.

About the Organisation
The organisation is a global energy organisation that provides biofuel, renewable energy, through to fuel to forecourts. In addition, they own supply chain networks to deliver this.
The culture isn't overly corporate or formal, and even though part of a larger energy group they have maintained the energy, nimbleness, and entrepreneurial spirit of a medium-sized business.

Requirements
It’s essential that you have demonstrable experience working with senior leaders and driving measurable business performance through people solutions.
Recruitment Process
The recruitment process will be a 2 stages: Teams, then a face-to-face.
Benefits
In return the salary is up to £80k, a bonus scheme, health care, enhanced pension.
Working Conditions
- It is 4 days in the office.
- The office is based in the Soho area of London.
