HR Business Partner (Product & Technology) - £70-80,000 per annum base + benefits (dependent on experience) – Chiswick
We are looking for a permanent HR Business Partner to act as a strategic advisor to Product & Technology leadership, translating business strategy into an integrated people strategy. The HRBP is responsible for consulting with and providing guidance, coaching, and advice to leaders and managers within the Product & Technology team, on human resources matters including, but not limited to:
- Workforce planning
- Talent acquisition
- Performance management
- Employee relations
- Talent management and development
You will implement HR trends in Product, Technology and Content professional domains, notably cost-effective locations and the impact of AI, to secure access to the most professional and efficient resourcing to execute the Product & Technology roadmap successfully.

Required skills and experience:
- HR Business Partnering experience, with experience partnering directly with product, design, or technology functions.
- Experience working in a complex multicultural matrix organization.
- Experience of working in emerging markets is preferred (e.g., India, Eastern Europe, etc.).
- A track record of managing projects in multiple countries, driving change management.
- Proven hands-on capabilities in employee/industrial relations and employment law/practices.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field, or equivalent experience preferred.
- Project Manager certification preferred.
