Regional HR Business Partner – Consumer | London
I’m partnering with a well-known consumer brand to recruit a Regional HR Business Partner to support London.
This is a hands-on, generalist HRBP role partnering closely with key operational stakeholders, with a particular focus on Employee Relations, manager capability and driving a proactive people agenda.
Key responsibilities:
- Partner with key operational stakeholders, providing commercial and pragmatic HR advice.
- Manage complex ER cases end-to-end, while identifying trends and reducing future issues through coaching and training.
- Build manager capability through regular site visits and people-management support.
- Partner with Talent on recruitment, succession, retention and new openings.
- Support wider People projects across engagement, performance and management development.

Candidate profile:
- HRBP or experienced HR Advisor with a background in the consumer sector (FMCG, Retail, Hospitality) or a fast-paced, multi-site environment.
- Strong ER knowledge and confidence managing cases independently.
- Commercial, proactive and comfortable building relationships with operational leaders.
- Happy to be visible in the business, with around three days per week visiting stores across London.
- CIPD qualification advantageous.
