Experienced HR Business Partner (12-Month Contract)

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our client's dynamic organization, supporting approximately 2,500 permanent employees and 1,000 contingent workers across EMEA. This is a critical role partnering closely with multiple Executives at the VP level, primarily supporting these senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor and partner to VP-level leaders within a fast-paced, international matrixed organization.
- Build strong, trusted relationships quickly and confidently engage in difficult conversations.
- Challenge and influence leaders to drive effective people strategies aligned with business goals.
- Support the organization through significant transformation initiatives as it evolves to become AI native.
- Provide hands-on HR business partnering with a willingness to roll up sleeves and get involved in the work.
- Collaborate across the CX organization to support both permanent and contingent workforce needs.

Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner, ideally within a technology sector or a similar international matrixed organization.
- Comfortable and experienced working at an executive level with senior leaders.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusted relationships rapidly.
- Skilled in having challenging conversations and influencing senior stakeholders.
- Experience or familiarity with change management in a fast-moving environment is a plus.
- Agile, proactive, and able to hit the ground running in a high-velocity team.
- Available to start immediately or very quickly to cover maternity leave.
