Must-Haves

  • 5+ years of HR Business Partner experience or strong HR Generalist experience
  • Strong knowledge of UK and Netherlands employment laws and compliance requirements
  • Experience applying GDPR and data privacy standards in HR practices
  • Employee relations experience including investigations, conflict resolution, and performance management
  • Experience coaching managers on performance, feedback, and employee issues
  • Knowledge of benefits, leave of absence programs, and pension administration
  • Experience supporting the full employee lifecycle (hiring, onboarding, promotions, transfers, terminations)
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with a global HR team
  • Strong attention to detail and operational execution skills
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality
  • Experience working in a global or matrixed organization
  • Willingness to travel throughout the region (approximately 10%)

Day-to-Day

  • Partner with Managing Directors and Country GMs on workforce planning and regional business priorities
  • Act as the primary HR contact for employees and managers within the region
  • Coach managers on performance management, employee relations, and team effectiveness
  • Handle employee relations matters, investigations, and conflict resolution
  • Monitor employee engagement, morale, and organizational trends
  • Execute HR processes for hiring, onboarding, promotions, transfers, leaves, and offboarding
  • Deliver global HR initiatives including performance reviews, compensation cycles, and engagement programs
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws, company policies, GDPR, and audit requirements
  • Manage employee leaves of absence and provide guidance throughout the process
  • Maintain accurate employee data within Workday and payroll systems
  • Partner with IT, HR Services, and HR Centers of Excellence on HR processes and systems
  • Collaborate with Finance on headcount planning, payroll coordination, and budget tracking

Job Description

Insight Global is seeking an HR Business Partner for a top global organization. This individual will serve as the primary HR representative for an assigned region, partnering closely with leadership and employees to drive a positive employee experience while ensuring compliance with local employment regulations. The ideal candidate is a hands-on HR professional who thrives in both strategic partnership and operational execution. They will support employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, HR program delivery, compliance initiatives, and employee lifecycle processes. This role requires strong business partnership skills, sound judgment, the ability to work independently, and experience collaborating within a global HR structure to deliver consistent and effective people solutions.
