As the organisation continues to evolve and grow, it is seeking an experienced HR professional to play a key role in supporting its people agenda and driving performance across a diverse retail network.

About the Role

As HR Business Partner, you will work closely with operational leaders, providing expert guidance and support across the full employee lifecycle. Acting as a trusted advisor to managers, you will lead on employee relations matters, recruitment and selection, performance management, organisational development, and policy implementation. You will partner with stakeholders to identify people-focused solutions, support business objectives, and ensure compliance with employment legislation. The role offers significant variety, combining strategic business partnering with hands-on operational support, regular engagement with retail teams, and involvement in a range of HR projects and initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • Commercially minded HR professional with strong generalist experience, ideally gained within a retail or multi-site environment.
  • Solid understanding of UK employment law.
  • Proven experience managing complex employee relations cases.
  • Track record of building credible relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • CIPD qualification or equivalent experience is preferred.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and coaching skills.
  • Proactive, pragmatic, and passionate about helping managers and employees achieve their full potential while contributing to the ongoing success of the business.

In return, they are looking to pay a salary of up to £58,000 and a car allowance of £6,000 per year. There is the opportunity to earn £3,500 in bonus each year, Perkbox access, and 40% off all brands within the group, to name a few.
