About the Role
The HR Business Partner – EMEA & India serves as the primary Human Resources partner for Regional General Managers and business leaders across Europe, the Middle East, Africa and India. Based in the United Kingdom, this role is responsible for partnering with leaders to execute people strategies that drive business performance, employee engagement, talent development, workforce planning and organisational effectiveness.
The role combines strategic HR partnership with hands-on support for employee relations, organisational change, leadership development, talent management and workforce planning. You’ll work closely with leaders across multiple countries and cultures, ensuring consistency in HR practices while supporting compliance with local employment legislation and business requirements.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as the lead HR Business Partner for the United Kingdom employee population while providing strategic HR support across EMEA and India.
- Partner with Regional General Managers and functional leaders to implement people strategies that support business objectives and organisational growth.
- Provide coaching and guidance to managers on performance management, employee engagement, employee relations casework, leadership effectiveness, and workplace concerns.
- Drive succession planning, talent identification, and talent reviews to ensure long-term organizational bench strength.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition to support workforce planning, recruitment strategies, onboarding, and organisational staffing requirements.
- Assist leaders in identifying talent gaps and creating development plans to enhance employee performance and career growth.
- Manage employee relations matters, including investigations, grievance procedures, disciplinary processes, conflict resolution, and performance improvement initiatives while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
- Partner with business leaders and legal counsel to ensure compliance with applicable employment laws, regulations, and company policies throughout the region.
- Partner with global HR team and business leaders across multiple countries to ensure HR programmes are implemented consistently while respecting local cultural and legal requirements.
- Utilize workforce data, employee feedback, and business insights to identify opportunities for improvement and recommend solutions.
- Lead or support HR projects, training initiatives, process improvements, KPI initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts as part of the global HR team.
- Promote a positive employee experience aligned with company values and culture.
- Develop communication strategies that support employee engagement and foster a high-performing workforce that contributes to strategic growth.
- Ensure HR systems, workforce analytics, and business metrics are effectively utilised to identify areas of concern and support action planning to address gaps.
- Travel within the United Kingdom, Europe, Middle East, Africa, and India as needed to support business operations and HR initiatives.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
What You Bring
Experience That Drives Success
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or discipline. Master’s Degree is preferred.
- Experience in Human Resources, including HR Business Partner, HR Generalist, Employee Relations, or comparable roles.
- Demonstrated experience leading organisational development initiatives and change management programmes.
- Demonstrated experience supporting business leaders within the United Kingdom and/or broader EMEA region.
- Practical knowledge and application of employment law.
- Experience collaborating with leaders to attract, retain and develop high-performance teams.
- Experience supporting managers and employees in a business-facing HR capacity.
- Ability to influence high-impact decisions, provide critical feedback, and lead difficult conversations.
- Demonstrated analytical capability and ability to connect workforce data with business strategy, organisational effectiveness, and business outcomes.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting sales, commercial, or customer-facing organizations.
- Experience working within a global, matrixed, or multi-country environment.
- CIPD Level 5 or Level 7 qualification preferred.

- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities within a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, HRIS platforms, and workforce analytics tools.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a global team environment.

Location
This is a full-time position based in the Company's United Kingdom office. The role primarily operates in a professional office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, telephones, and video conferencing technology. The position requires the ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods and occasionally move throughout office locations. Travel throughout the United Kingdom, Europe, Middle East, Africa, and India may be required up to 25%.
