People Business Partner London (Hybrid - 4 days office / 1 day home)

We are working with a global fintech company which is looking for a commercial People Partner to join their London team. This is an exciting, growing organisation of c400, a market disruptor, and at that stage of maturity you can make change happen and have a real impact. A brilliant growth opportunity for a HR Business Partner looking for a next step role with clear room to grow.

This is a recently reshaped role in the team, a broad generalist remit covering the full employee lifecycle. It's a role in which you will balance strategic partnering with hands on delivery, translating business priorities into pragmatic people plans, coaching and advising senior leaders, and using data to drive insight.

This is a sleeves-rolled-up team environment, with an entrepreneurial and agile approach rather than a process heavy corporate people function. A significant part of the role will be the ownership of the culture piece: engagement, EDI and wellbeing. You will bring a passion for creating a meaningful people experience and be able to connect EDI and engagement activity back to the wider HR strategy and business plan.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
