Senior HR Business Partner, Birmingham
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to join a growing HR team in Birmingham. This newly created role offers the chance to work closely with Partners and senior stakeholders, playing a key role in shaping the firm's people strategy and supporting its long-term business objectives.
The Role
You will act as a trusted adviser to senior leadership, developing and implementing people plans aligned with commercial priorities. The role will involve leading workforce planning and succession initiatives, supporting talent development and using people data to influence business decisions.
You will also take the lead on complex employee relations matters, provide pragmatic advice on employment law and people risk, and support organisational change, restructures and transformation programmes. Alongside this, you will coach senior leaders, contribute to wider HR projects and deputise for the Head of HR when required.

The Candidate
Applications are welcomed from experienced HR Business Partners with a strong track record of working strategically within a complex organisation, ideally within professional services.
You will have experience partnering with senior stakeholders, Partners or Directors, alongside expertise in complex employee relations, workforce planning, talent management and succession planning.
You will be commercially minded, confident influencing decision-makers and comfortable constructively challenging senior stakeholders. Strong analytical skills, excellent relationship management and up-to-date knowledge of UK employment law are essential.

CIPD Level 7, Chartered Membership or equivalent senior-level HR experience is expected.
