HR Business Partner
The HR Business Partner will provide a confidential, professional, and effective HR business partnering service, supporting managers and employees across a wide range of people management and employee relations matters. As a key member of the HR Department, the postholder will help deliver a modern, innovative, high-quality, and responsive HR service that supports organizational objectives.
🧠 What You’ll Bring
To be shortlisted, you’ll need:
- Third level qualification (or equivalent) in Human Resources or business-related discipline, or a recognised professional Human Resources qualification at a minimum of level 5 AND 2 years’ generalist HR experience or 3 years’ generalist HR experience
- Membership of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
- Experience of providing advice and guidance on HR policies and processes.
- Demonstrable experience in the management of complex disciplinary and grievance cases which is compliant with current NI/ROI Employment Legislation and Codes of Practices
- Proven experience of developing strong consultative relationships with key stakeholders on HR strategies.
- A full current driving licence and access to a car (or reasonable adjustments where applicable)
- Flexibility to work across various locations.
