Key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing day-to-day HR advice and guidance to managers across a broad range of people matters
  • Leading and managing employee relations cases including disciplinary, grievance, absence and performance matters
  • Supporting managers with probation reviews, performance management and employee development
  • Reviewing, updating and embedding HR policies and procedures in line with current employment legislation
  • Supporting managers with changes in employment legislation and ensuring new processes are effectively implemented
  • Leading recruitment activity across the organisation, from identifying resourcing requirements through to successful appointment
  • Supporting workforce planning, talent management and succession planning
  • Overseeing learning and development initiatives, including the apprenticeship programme
  • Supporting organisational change, restructuring and wider HR projects
  • Identifying opportunities to improve HR processes and ways of working
  • Providing coaching and guidance to managers to increase confidence and capability across the organisation
  • Line managing and supporting an HR Administrator
  • Analysing HR information and providing insight to support business decisions
  • Working closely with senior leadership to identify people-related risks, opportunities and areas for improvement

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
