Role Description

The Human Resources Business Partner at Ultra PCS is a full-time, on-site role based in the United Kingdom. This role partners with business leaders to align HR initiatives with organizational goals, providing guidance on workforce planning, talent management, and organizational effectiveness.

  • Advising on HR policies
  • Managing employee relations cases
  • Overseeing performance management cycles
  • Supporting the implementation of HR programs and processes
  • Collaborating with managers on employee development
  • Supporting change management initiatives
  • Ensuring HR practices are compliant with relevant labor and employment laws
  • Analyzing HR data
  • Contributing to continuous improvement of HR services
  • Supporting recruitment and onboarding activities as needed

Qualifications

  • Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) practices and HR Policies, with experience implementing and maintaining HR frameworks.
  • Proficiency in Employee Relations, including handling complex cases, conflict resolution, and providing guidance to managers.
  • Knowledge of Labor and Employment Law applicable to the United Kingdom, ensuring compliant HR processes and advice.
  • Experience with Performance Management, including goal-setting, reviews, feedback, and development planning.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build trust across teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to interpret HR data and metrics to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar HR generalist role, ideally within engineering, technology, or related sectors.
  • Relevant professional qualification (e.g., CIPD or equivalent) and/or a degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
