- Deep knowledge of UK and Ireland employment law
- Hands-on experience handling complex employee relations (ER) cases
- The gravitas to partner with, coach, and challenge senior business leaders
The role combines strategic HR alignment, complex ER governance, and organizational change delivery, with a focus on:
- Embedding best practices
- Driving employee engagement
- Supporting site growth
The successful candidate will:
- Lead on complex disciplinary, grievance, and performance matters
- Oversee key change initiatives such as TUPE and organizational restructures
- Work directly alongside Site Leadership, the HR Director, and department heads to align people plans with commercial goals

This role acts as a strategic HR partner and mentor—coaching operational managers, delivering leadership development workshops, interpreting HR analytics to drive continuous improvement, and guiding junior HR colleagues to maintain high standards of practice across all sites.
Location: Based in Grantham, Lincolnshire (Office-Based, Monday – Friday) with UK travel required to support multi-site operations.
