An international professional services firm is looking to appoint an HR Business Partner to join its established HR team.
Reporting to a Senior HR Business Partner, this role will support designated business areas, working closely with senior stakeholders to deliver people solutions that support commercial objectives. The role will also contribute to a range of strategic HR initiatives and transformation projects designed to enhance the effectiveness of the HR function across an international business.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the implementation of the people strategy across allocated business groups, ensuring alignment with business plans and wider organisational objectives.
- Lead talent and performance management activity, including succession planning and partnering with specialist HR teams on the development of people frameworks and initiatives.
- Drive workforce planning activity, identifying capability gaps and supporting resourcing strategies, organisational design and change programmes.
- Partner with stakeholders to deliver employee and partner engagement initiatives.
- Support cultural and values-based programmes that strengthen employee experience and organisational effectiveness.
- Manage complex employee relations matters, including restructures, TUPE transfers, grievances, disciplinary processes and appeals.
- Build effective relationships with senior leaders, providing commercially focused HR advice and challenge where appropriate.
- Contribute to HR projects, process improvements and wider change initiatives.

Experience Required
- Demonstrable HR Business Partnering experience within a professional services or partnership environment.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end HR processes, including reward, talent management, performance management and employee relations.
- Up-to-date knowledge of UK employment law.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and build credibility at senior levels.
- Strong coaching and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Experience leading projects and delivering organisational change.
- Commitment to inclusive and culturally aware people practices.
- Strong commercial awareness and business acumen.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and operate effectively in a complex environment.
