Human Resources Business Partner (Remote UK)
Overview
We are looking for an experienced and people-focused Human Resources Business Partner to support managers and teams across a range of HR activities in a fully remote UK-based role. This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional who combines strong communication, commercial awareness and practical people-management expertise to help support organisational performance and employee experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with managers and stakeholders on day-to-day HR matters.
- Provide practical guidance on employee relations and people-related issues.
- Support workforce planning, organisational development and change initiatives.
- Assist managers with performance management and employee development.
- Support recruitment, onboarding and employee lifecycle activities.
- Help ensure HR policies and processes are applied consistently.
- Analyse people-related information and identify trends or areas for improvement.
- Support employee engagement and retention initiatives.
- Maintain accurate and confidential HR documentation.
- Work collaboratively with teams to support wider business and people objectives.

Requirements
- Previous experience within HR, people operations or HR business partnering.
- Strong knowledge of practical HR processes and employee relations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building ability.
- Good organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally.
- Commercial awareness and the ability to understand business priorities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
- Comfortable working effectively in a remote environment.
