Catalyst Partners is partnering with a high-performing global advisory firm to appoint a HR Business Partner in London.
This is an outstanding opportunity for an ambitious HR professional looking to work closely with senior leaders in a commercially focused, fast-paced environment. Working as part of a lean and highly visible HR team, you'll partner with front-office and business services stakeholders across EMEA, providing both strategic and hands-on support across the full employee lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and business managers
- Lead and manage complex employee relations matters, including performance, grievances, investigations and organisational change
- Partner with the business on organisational design, workforce planning and talent initiatives
- Support compensation, performance and promotion processes
- Drive employee engagement and people-focused initiatives
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of HR policies, processes and programmes
- Work closely with global HR colleagues to ensure a consistent employee experience across regions

About You
- Proven HR Business Partner experience within financial services, ideally from a boutique
- Strong employee relations capability with confidence managing complex cases independently
- Experience supporting senior stakeholders in a fast-paced, changing business
- Commercial mindset with the ability to balance risk, employee experience and business outcomes
- Comfortable operating in a lean team where ownership and accountability are valued
- International or EMEA exposure would be advantageous
