Experienced HRBP looking for a role with genuine impact and senior exposure? This could be the one.
We're ASK4 — an international technology company connecting people in multi-tenant buildings across Europe. We're growing fast, and our HR team is at the heart of making sure our people and business grow together.
The Role
This is a broad, commercially focused HRBP position covering maternity leave. You'll partner with our Senior Leadership Team, lead complex ER cases end-to-end, directly manage the HR Operations Lead, and contribute to M&A activity — all while working closely with the Head of HR on the wider people strategy.
It's a role for someone who's comfortable at pace, confident in a room with senior stakeholders, and knows their employment law inside out.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
