Human Resources Co-Ordinator

We are recruiting for an organised, enthusiastic and people-focused Human Resources Co-Ordinator at each of the following hotels:

  • London Marriott Hotel Kensington
  • London Marriott Hotel Maida Vale

Are you passionate about people, recruitment and creating a positive workplace? We are looking for a Human Resources Co-Ordinator to be part of either of our two London Marriott hotels’ HR team.

In this role, you will support the Human Resources Manager with the day-to-day running of the HR function, with a particular focus on recruitment, onboarding, training and development, payroll administration and employee engagement. You will help ensure our associates feel welcomed, supported and equipped to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Please note these are three individual positions. This is not a Cluster or Multi-Property role. Each Human Resources Co-Ordinator will be responsible for the HR function of their individual hotel.

When applying, please clearly state which of the two hotels you would like to be considered for.

What is in it for you?

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
