The Role:
We’re looking for an HR Consultant to join our Customer Experience team, delivering expert HR support to our Agilio membership base of dental practices. You’ll provide generalist HR advice, training and support on a wide range of employee issues, build lasting relationships with our members, and help shape the content and direction of our iTeam HR product.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Support and Advice
- Provide generalist HR advice to our Agilio membership base.
- Build rapport and professional relationships with members.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice, applying this knowledge appropriately when advising members
- Develop a technical understanding of the complexities of self-employed dental associates and contract agreements.
- Provide concise, clear advice on employee issues, over the phone and via email.
- Prepare HR documentation as required.

iTeam Content and Systems
- Gain a good working understanding of the iTeam HR software.
- Keep iTeam HR documents, policies, guides, handbooks and templates up to date.
- Research and develop new iTeam content.
- Ensure member records are thorough and kept up to date on Salesforce.
Events, Training and Communications
- Supply HR updates for company publications, social media and marketing promotions.
- Attend company seminars, trade shows, internal events, workshops and webinars, presenting and training delegates on a range of employment issues.
- Provide training to the wider team when required.
Commercial Support
- Support the Customer Success team with enquiries, membership renewals and additional iTeam sales.
- Identify opportunities to promote relevant iTeam and Dental products and services where appropriate to member needs
- Identify and share initiatives to support the growth of the iTeam product and service.
Essential Experience & Skills:
- CIPD L5 qualified, or equivalent experience in a generalist HR advisory role.
- Strong, current knowledge of UK employment law and its practical application.
- Experience providing HR advice remotely, over the phone and via email, to a client or member base.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain HR and legal concepts clearly to non-HR audiences.
- Confident presenting and training, comfortable speaking at events, webinars and workshops.
- Highly organised, with strong attention to detail when preparing documentation and maintaining records.
- Comfortable working with CRM or case management systems (e.g. Salesforce); happy to learn bespoke software such as iTeam.
- A proactive, member-focused approach, with the confidence to build trusted relationships.
- Experience in, or good understanding of, the dental sector is an advantage but not essential.
- Applicants must have the right to work in the UK.

Additional Information
- Job type: Remote role with occasional travel to company offices, meetings, events, and client-facing activities as required.
- Salary: Up to £38,000 per annum, dependent on skills and experience.
