Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced HR & Administration professional to support and strengthen our UK operations. This role will be responsible for managing employee lifecycle processes, HR operations, compliance documentation, recruitment, and office administration. The position requires a hands-on individual who can operate independently while partnering closely with business leaders and the global HR team.
Key Responsibilities
HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle Management
- Manage employee onboarding, induction coordination, and documentation.
- Issue employment contracts, offer letters, and employment-related documentation in line with UK employment regulations.
- Maintain accurate employee records (digital and physical where required).
- Support probation reviews, performance management cycles, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Handle employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and processes.
- Coordinate exit processes including documentation and final settlements.
- Support immigration process for employees traveling from outside UK in liaison with attorneys.

Compliance & Governance
- Ensure HR processes comply with UK employment law and company policies.
- Maintain right-to-work documentation and statutory records.
- Support payroll coordination and benefits administration (liaising with finance/payroll vendors).
- Assist in ISO audits and maintain HR compliance trackers.
- Ensure GDPR-compliant handling of employee data.
Talent Acquisition
- Support recruitment team on need basis for any critical hiring in UK.
- Develop sourcing strategies using job boards, LinkedIn, recruitment agencies, and referrals.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely closure of positions.
Administration & Office Management
- Support day-to-day office administration for UK operations.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers.
- Manage office supplies, facilities coordination, general workplace support, travel and logistics for employees as and when required.
- Plan and execute various employee-related events such as annual get-togethers, Christmas events, gifting, etc.
- Assist leadership with administrative coordination as required.

Candidate Profile
- Minimum 4–6 years of experience in an HR and Admin role, preferably within IT/Professional Services/Startup environments.
- Good understanding of HMRC Payroll and Reporting Compliance.
- Strong hands-on recruitment experience in the UK market hiring.
- Good understanding of UK employment law and HR best practices.
- Experience handling HR documentation, payroll coordination, and compliance processes.
- Excellent organisational and stakeholder management skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Degree or diploma in Human Resources or related discipline preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems/ATS tools.
Working Model
Hybrid role – minimum 2–3 days per week in the London office.
