HR Consultant

Trinity House is partnering exclusively with an established, growing SME business based in London, to recruit a HR Consultant. This pivotal role will bring structure to the HR function, supporting the company’s continued growth. You will partner with the Head of HR to provide advice to clients, ensuring high-quality delivery, acting with a high level of autonomy.

The Role:

• Provide commercially focused HR and employee relations advice to a diverse client portfolio.
• Support clients to develop and improve their HR practices, processes and people strategies.
• Advise and coach managers on HR policies.
• Help clients build positive, inclusive and values-led workplace cultures.
• Mentor junior team members and provide guidance.
• Prepare and maintain HR documentation, policies, employee lifecycle documentation and client toolkits.
• Represent the HR department in management meetings, providing updates to the senior leadership team on performance and business development opportunities.
