Role Description
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive HR Co-ordinator to join our team and drive excellence in human resources operations. This energetic role is vital in supporting the full employee lifecycle, ensuring seamless HR processes, and fostering a positive workplace environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced setting. You will play a key part in managing HR systems, maintaining accurate data entry, and supporting various HR initiatives to enhance organisational effectiveness.
Duties
- Manage the full employee lifecycle administration, from onboarding new starters to processing leavers, including right to work checks and induction training
- Take ownership of the HR shared inbox, assess queries and assign them to the relevant person
- Support payroll checking processes to help ensure timely and accurate remuneration
- Prepare HR-related documents, including offer letters, contracts and employee correspondence
- Ensure HR systems, trackers and employee records are maintained accurately and in line with company policy, GDPR and legislative requirements
- Support HR meetings, including note-taking and preparation of relevant documentation
- Create and update HR documents, templates, policies and procedures as required
- Actively support all engagement initiatives across the Company
- Assist with recruitment activities, including advertising vacancies and supporting the co-ordination of the recruitment process
- Provide administrative support for employee relations processes, including absence management, disciplinary, grievance and performance cases
- Co-ordinate training records and support the administration of learning and development activities
- Collate monthly HR data and reports as required
- Assist in the preparation of HR reports, audits and compliance documentation as required
- Assist with HR and payroll project work as required
- Build positive working relationships with people at all levels of the company
- Review and evaluate HR administration processes to support continuous improvement in service delivery

Qualifications

- Proven experience with HRIS platforms is highly desirable
- Strong understanding of human resources functions including recruitment, onboarding, and employee data management
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with employees at all levels
- Demonstrated administrative experience supporting HR operations or related functions
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
