HR Coordinator (Part-Time)

Are you an organised HR professional looking for a part-time opportunity where you can make a genuine impact on both employees and the wider business?

We're partnering with a well-established, values-led organisation that is passionate about creating a positive workplace culture and delivering an outstanding employee experience. As the business continues to grow, they're looking for a proactive HR Coordinator to support the full employee lifecycle while helping to continuously improve people processes in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a supportive team where you'll play a key role in recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement and day-to-day HR administration, while enjoying the flexibility of a part-time position.

The Opportunity

This is a varied and rewarding role where you'll support all aspects of the employee journey, working closely with managers and employees across the business.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Managing the recruitment process from advertising vacancies through to arranging interviews, preparing offers and contracts.
  • Coordinating a welcoming onboarding experience for new employees.
  • Managing the offboarding process to ensure a professional employee experience.
  • Maintaining accurate employee records, HR systems and documentation.
  • Supporting managers and employees with day-to-day HR administration and people queries.
  • Coordinating wellbeing initiatives and employee engagement activities.
  • Supporting training administration and maintaining learning records.
  • Coordinating probation reviews and other people processes.
  • Assisting with the development and maintenance of HR policies, templates and procedures.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve HR processes and drive continuous improvement.
  • Providing general HR administration support across the wider business.

About You

You'll be an organised and people-focused HR professional who enjoys building positive relationships while keeping processes running smoothly.

You'll bring:

  • Previous experience within an HR, People or Administration role.
  • Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • A friendly, approachable communication style with the confidence to work with stakeholders at all levels.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good Microsoft 365 skills and confidence learning new systems.
  • A proactive mindset with a genuine passion for creating a positive employee experience.
  • Experience working within a continuously improving environment would be advantageous.
  • CIPD Level 5 (or currently working towards it) would be desirable but is not essential.
