About the Role
Wise May are looking for a HR Coordinator to join a global insurance and reinsurance provider, to assist the HR team in running of the HR department, providing administrative support across a wide range of HR activities and processes including onboarding, recruitment, HRIS, training, benefit administration and payroll.
This is a full-time, permanent role, with hybrid working (4 days a week in the office and 1 day remote) and the hours are 9am-5.00pm.
HR Coordinator Duties and Responsibilities
- Administration of the full employee lifecycle to include ownership of the onboarding process.
- Assisting with recruitment.
- Acting as a point of contact for all employee queries.
- Maintaining employee information in the HR System and Learning Management System.
- Benefit Administration support.
- Drafting HR documentation.
- Collating and reconciling staff medical benefits information.
- Supporting the HR team with the delivery of the annual performance management and review cycle.
- Oversight of holiday/sickness and absence monitoring.

HR Coordinator Key Skills and Experience Required
- Proven HR administration experience.
- Ability to build effective working relationships, working collaboratively as part of a small team and liaising regularly with key stakeholders.
- A high level of confidentiality with integrity, impartiality, and independence.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Understanding and eagerness to work within a busy HR department.
- Highly organized with great attention to detail.
- Currently working towards or interested in the opportunity to study towards MCIPD qualifications.
