Job Title: Part-time Human Resources Assistant
The School in Rose Valley seeks a part-time Human Resources Assistant to support daily Human Resources operations. Working closely with the Director of Business & Finance, this role helps manage employee records, benefits administration, onboarding and offboarding, and human resources systems while supporting compliance and employee communication.
About the Role
This is a unique opportunity to work for one of the oldest progressive schools in the United States and be part of a collaborative and supportive community. Flexible daytime hours are available, and part-time employees are eligible for tuition remission.

Qualifications
Qualified candidates should have:
- Strong organizational and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with HR systems, payroll systems, mail merge, and/or benefits administration
