HR Coordinator | London | Investment Sector | Competitive Salary + Excellent Benefits

Immediate Start Available

Are you an HR professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced, high-performing environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional HR operations support? We are partnering with a highly respected investment organisation to recruit an HR Coordinator who will play a pivotal role in supporting the delivery of a first-class HR function across the business.

Please note: This is a genuinely operational HR position with a clear, long-term remit. The organisation is looking for someone who enjoys HR administration and operational excellence rather than an individual seeking a role that will quickly progress into an HR Advisory or HR Business Partner position.

You will be responsible for the day-to-day delivery of HR operations, ensuring employee processes are managed accurately, professionally, and in line with best practice. Supporting a highly professional workforce, you'll be involved across the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, payroll, employee documentation, HR systems, benefits administration, recruitment coordination, reporting, compliance, and employee support.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
