HR Coordinator | 12-Month FTC | £33,000 | North London | Full-Time On-Site
12-month fixed-term contract.
This is a busy, hands-on role supporting a high-performing HR team across the full employee lifecycle. You'll be someone who enjoys working at pace, has exceptional attention to detail, and takes pride in delivering a first-class HR service.
Start Date: 17th August
Key responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for HR, Learning & Development and Recruitment queries, managing the shared HR inbox and providing an efficient, professional service.
- Maintain accurate employee records and act as a super user for the HR system.
- Coordinate all HR administration across the employee lifecycle, including contracts, contract amendments, onboarding, leavers, and exit interviews.
- Administer employee benefits, ensuring records remain accurate and up to date.
- Produce and maintain HR documentation to support legal and regulatory compliance.
- Coordinate updates to the employee handbook, policies, and associated documentation.
- Work closely with the wider HR team to review, improve, and embed HR processes.
- Support the annual salary and bonus review process.
- Provide administrative and logistical support for HR and Learning & Development initiatives and events.

- Previous UK experience in an HR Coordinator or HR Administration role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Experience using HR systems and Microsoft Office.
- Confident communication skills and a proactive approach to supporting colleagues.
- The ability to commit to a 12-month fixed-term contract and start on 17th August.
