About the Role

We are pleased to be supporting our client in their search for a HR Co-ordinator who can provide comprehensive recruitment administration support as part of its busy HR team. This permanent role is based in Redditch, offers hybrid working with 3 days from home, and pays up to £30,000 per annum.

You will deliver a first-class HR administration service across the full recruitment process, acting as a key point of contact for approved vacancies and helping to ensure a positive experience for candidates, hiring managers and wider stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Co-ordinating the end-to-end recruitment process for approved vacancies, supporting hiring managers and candidates throughout
  • Facilitating candidate selection and interview activity in partnership with hiring managers and the wider HR team
  • Developing and posting job adverts through the applicant tracking system
  • Maintaining and updating the ATS platform, recruitment records and associated software
  • Managing the careers inbox, responding to queries and escalating matters where appropriate
  • Completing candidate screening, pre-employment checks and right-to-work documentation
  • Supporting onboarding activity for new joiners and helping the HR team provide a seamless early employment experience
  • Producing standard resourcing reports and maintaining accurate recruitment data for wider reporting and analytics
  • Contributing to wider HR activity, projects and continuous improvement across processes and systems

Experience Required

  • Proven administration experience, ideally gained within HR, recruitment or a busy people-focused function
  • A customer-focused approach, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with candidates and internal stakeholders
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent written communication skills
  • Good IT skills, including confidence using Excel and producing or maintaining reports
  • A flexible and adaptable approach, with the ability to manage competing priorities and work at pace
  • An inquisitive, creative and improvement-focused mindset
  • Experience using HR systems or applicant tracking systems would be beneficial
