Hybrid: 3 days in office, 1 day WFH

Latest Start Date: Monday 14 September 2026

About the Role

We are delighted to be partnering with a leading UK professional services business to recruit a HR Coordinator to join its established and forward-thinking HR team.

This is an exciting opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys a varied, hands-on role and wants to play an important part in delivering a high-quality employee experience across the full employee lifecycle.

The HR Coordinator will provide day-to-day operational HR support across onboarding, employee administration, HR systems and data, early careers, learning and development, payroll and benefits. The role will also have a strong focus on improving processes through technology, automation and the effective use of HR data.

Working closely with the wider HR team and stakeholders across the business, you will help ensure that HR processes are efficient, consistent and well structured, while acting as a key point of contact for employees and helping to create a positive people experience.

The business is currently experiencing a period of growth and transformation, with several significant HR projects underway. This is therefore an excellent opportunity for someone who is proactive, commercially minded and interested in how data, technology and AI can improve HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

Onboarding

  • Manage the full onboarding process, including issuing contracts and onboarding documentation
  • Coordinate induction programmes with internal stakeholders and deliver HR inductions
  • Ensure completion of mandatory training and onboarding requirements
  • Support the design and delivery of induction programmes for Early Careers cohorts
  • Liaise with IT and internal teams to ensure new starters have the appropriate equipment, access and resources
  • Proactively communicate with stakeholders throughout the onboarding process to ensure a smooth new starter experience

Employee Lifecycle Administration

  • Prepare and issue HR documentation throughout the employee lifecycle, including new starter, promotion, contractual change and leaver documentation
  • Coordinate the post-hire Early Careers journey, including professional qualification enrolment, assessments, performance reviews and feedback cycles
  • Provide high-quality administrative support across a broad range of HR activities
  • Identify opportunities to improve and streamline HR processes and ways of working

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
