HR Coordinator £28,200 - Permanent Opportunity
We're recruiting for an HR Coordinator on behalf of our client based in Dartford. Reporting to the Senior HR member of the team, you’ll support them with the day-to-day running of the department.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Providing day-to-day administrative support to the HR team
- Maintaining and updating employee records and HR systems accurately
- Supporting onboarding, offboarding, and other employee lifecycle processes
- Preparing HR documentation, including contracts, letters, and correspondence
- Assisting with recruitment administration where needed
- Being a friendly first point of contact for employee queries
- Handling information professionally and in line with data protection standards

What We're Looking For:
- HR experience is desirable but not essential - we're just as interested in your attitude and potential
- CIPD Level 3 or an HR/Business degree desirable but not essential
- Highly organised, with a keen eye for detail
- Comfortable handling sensitive information with discretion
- Confident communicator, both written and verbal
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and happy to pick up new systems
- Able to juggle a busy workload and prioritise effectively
