ROLE
We're looking for a highly organised HR Coordinator to support the smooth delivery of People processes across the Allied London Group. A key focus of the role is managing our HR system and workflows, ensuring employee data, processes and documentation are maintained accurately and efficiently throughout the employee lifecycle.
You'll coordinate onboarding, offboarding, payroll preparation, benefits administration and contractual changes, whilst supporting managers and employees with a responsive and professional People service. This role also offers the opportunity to contribute to process improvements, system enhancements and wider People projects.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own and manage the People system, ensuring employee data, workflows and processes are maintained accurately and efficiently. Drive continuous improvement through system enhancements, automation and workflow optimisation.
- Manage People administration across the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, contractual changes and employee data management.
- Prepare and issue employment contracts, offer letters and contractual amendments.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure all data changes are processed and recorded in a timely manner.
- Support monthly payroll processes by preparing and validating employee data and changes.
- Administer employee benefits, including enrolment, changes and leaver processes.
- Monitor and manage probationary periods, ensuring reviews are scheduled and completed on time.
- Act as a first point of contact for managers and employees, providing guidance on People policies, processes and procedures.
- Ensure People policies and processes are applied consistently and accurately across the business.
- Identify opportunities to improve People processes, workflows and ways of working.
- Troubleshoot system and process issues, escalating where appropriate and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
- Produce routine People reports and support audit and compliance requirements.
- Assist with People projects and initiatives as required

REQUIREMENTS
- Previous experience administering and managing HR/People systems, with the ability to optimise workflows, improve processes and maintain high levels of data accuracy.
- Experience in an HR Administration or HR Coordinator role.
- Strong understanding of core HR processes, including onboarding, offboarding and employee lifecycle administration.
- Experience preparing and processing payroll data, with the ability to work accurately to deadlines.
- Confident producing reports, analysing data and maintaining employee records within HR systems.
- Able to handle confidential information with discretion and respond to queries in a professional and customer-focused manner.
- Excellent attention to detail, organisational skills and the ability to prioritise a varied workload.
- Clear communication skills with the ability to build effective working relationships across the business.
- Proactive approach to identifying process improvements and resolving issues.
