Are you a highly organised and detail-oriented Coordinator able to support a busy team in delivering exceptional services to clients?

Are you looking for the opportunity to work with a respected, forward-thinking consultancy? Looking for a role where you will be fully involved supporting an enviable range of clients and organisations?

A consultancy who are a trusted and reliable partner to clients across the UK, predominately in the Southeast and London

Established for over a decade, this HR Consultancy is a growing small business and due to ongoing success, are now seeking to engage a new HR Coordinator to join their team.

This is a great opportunity to be involved in the day-to-day business. Reporting to Senior HR Consultant and Founder, alongside the HR Advisors supporting their client casework and service delivery. Working remotely, the successful candidate will need to be self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable managing competing priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.

Skills and Experience:

  • Significant experience of HR administration or coordination role, including recruitment onboarding processes, pre-employment screening checks, and coordinating offboarding processes.
  • Experience of managing multiple administrative processes and maintaining accurate records and electronic filing systems.
  • Experience of working remotely.
  • Experience of using HR software systems.
  • Strong organisational skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with an ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues in a professional and sensitive manner.
  • An ability to build positive and collaborative relationships with a client-focused approach.
  • Competent user of Microsoft Office packages.

Desirable Attributes:

  • Experience of working within HR consultancy or professional services environment.
  • Experience of supporting multiple clients.
  • CIPD Level 3 qualification or working towards a CIPD qualification.
  • Experience of payroll and invoicing processes.

· Hours: Minimum of 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday (or Full Time)
Remote and flexible working with monthly co-working and/or regular team meets (depends on location)
· Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 FTE
25 days annual leave in addition to the usual bank holidays (pro-rated to equivalent working hours)
