We are looking for a proactive HR Coordinator to support our HR Business Partner in delivering a high-quality HR service across the business.
This is a busy, hands-on role where you'll support the full employee lifecycle, work closely with managers, and play a key role in keeping our HR operations running smoothly.
What you'll be doing
- Managing onboarding, contracts, and new starter administration.
- Supporting probation reviews and the leavers process.
- Providing first-line HR advice to managers and employees.
- Supporting low-level employee relations and absence management.
- Maintaining HR records and PeopleHR.
- Producing HR reports and supporting payroll changes.
- Assisting with HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

About you
You'll have previous experience in an HR Administration or HR Coordinator role and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.

We're looking for someone who:
- Can manage multiple priorities without becoming overwhelmed.
- Is organized, resilient, and proactive.
- Is confident dealing with managers and employees.
- Works well independently while being a supportive team player.
- Has excellent attention to detail and enjoys improving processes.
Experience with PeopleHR or a similar HR system and a CIPD qualification (or working towards one) would be advantageous.
