🚨 PEOPLE COORDINATOR | 3-MONTH CONTRACT | HYBRID 🚨
Are you an experienced HR Administrator, HR Coordinator or People Coordinator looking for your next opportunity?
I’m currently recruiting for a People Coordinator to join a leading aviation services organisation on an initial 3-month contract, supporting a busy and established People team.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being at the heart of HR operations, is highly organised and can confidently manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
📍 Carterton | Hybrid 📅 3-Month Contract 💰 Competitive rate – dependent on experience ⏰ Mon–Thurs: 08:30–17:00 | Friday: 08:30–16:30
👥 What will you be doing? You'll play an important role in supporting the day-to-day running of the People function, ensuring HR processes are completed accurately, efficiently and within required timescales.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing the HR inbox and responding to employee queries
- Coordinating onboarding and induction for new starters
- Drafting contracts and supporting contractual changes
- Managing key employee lifecycle processes, including starters, leavers, absence and references
- Maintaining accurate employee records and HR systems
- Supporting payroll and benefits administration
- Assisting the wider People team with employee relations casework
- Coordinating meetings and preparing relevant documentation
- Supporting compliance, audits and HR processes
- Assisting with reward processes and wider People projects
- Helping deliver a positive and consistent employee experience across the organisation
🔎 What are they looking for? We're ideally looking for someone with:

- Previous experience in HR / People Administration or Coordination
- Strong experience working in a busy, demanding administrative environment
- Experience using and maintaining HR information systems
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- A proactive approach and confidence working as part of a wider HR team
