Ideally you'd be available to start ASAP as this is a 6 month assignment to provide Maternity Cover. Reporting to the People Operations Lead, the People Operations Coordinator is at the heart of delivering a great employee experience.

You'll provide day-to-day administrative support across the full employee lifecycle, ensuring our people processes run smoothly, our records are accurate, and employees receive a professional and responsive service. This is a busy and varied role, ideal for someone who enjoys being organised, solving problems and keeping things running efficiently behind the scenes. You'll be the first point of contact for many People-related queries, supporting employees and managers while working closely with the wider People team to ensure a consistent and positive experience for everyone.

We're looking for someone who takes pride in getting the details right, enjoys working at pace and isn't afraid to take ownership, suggest improvements and find better ways of doing things.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
