HR Coordinator

Location: Wilmslow, hybrid split of home and office.
Salary: £25,200

The Role

  • Coordinate the effective allocation of HR and Employment Law activity, ensuring work reaches the right person at the right time.
  • Manage workflows, queues and competing priorities, identifying and escalating workload or service risks where required.
  • Maintain accurate client, case and system information to support effective service delivery and reporting.
  • Provide administrative and coordination support for HR On-Demand services, including bookings, documentation and meeting support.
  • Respond to routine client and colleague queries, using sound judgement to resolve issues or escalate to the appropriate specialist.
  • Produce reports and management information to support workload and service performance.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce duplication and increase efficiency.
  • Support the adoption and effective use of new systems, automation and AI tools.
  • Work collaboratively across HR, Employment Law and wider business teams, maintaining confidentiality and high standards of service.

The Person

  • Highly organised, with excellent prioritisation skills and the ability to manage competing demands.
  • Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and quality.
  • Clear and confident communicator, with the ability to build positive relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Professional, tactful and resilient when dealing with sensitive, difficult or time-critical situations.
  • Proactive and practical, with good problem-solving skills and the confidence to use judgement and escalate appropriately.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple tasks through to completion.
  • Confident using technology and willing to learn and adapt as systems, automation and AI capabilities evolve.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel.
  • Experience using Salesforce, CRM systems or reporting tools would be advantageous.
  • Experience in administration, coordination or customer service, ideally within HR, legal, professional services or another fast-paced environment.
  • An interest in HR and Employment Law, with relevant knowledge or experience advantageous but not essential.
  • Committed to confidentiality, data protection and maintaining high professional standards.
