📢 HR & Operations Assistant
Southall
£30,000 – £32,000 | Monday–Friday | 40 hours per week | Permanent
Are you an experienced HR generalist looking for a varied role within a growing food/FMCG business?
We're looking for an organised, proactive HR professional to join a busy Southall-based operation, supporting the full employee lifecycle and working closely with management across HR and operations.
The role will include:
- Recruitment & onboarding
- Employee relations – absence, performance, disciplinary & grievance
- HR administration, policies & compliance
- Right to Work & immigration processes
- Payroll & pension support
- HR reporting and maintaining accurate records
- Employee engagement & training
- Supporting audits and general HR operations

We're looking for:
- 2–5 years' UK HR generalist experience
- Fluent in English AND Hindi, Urdu or Gurati
- CIPD Level 3+ (Level 5 desirable)
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law
- Experience within FMCG, food manufacturing, hospitality, QSR, retail or another fast-paced operational environment
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Someone who is hands-on, commercially aware and confident working independently
