MADE Careers is working with a leading international architecture and design practice looking to appoint a Human Resources Coordinator to join its London team.

This is a broad HR role sitting across both Talent Acquisition and wider HR operations, with around 60% of the position focused on recruitment coordination and 40% supporting HR programmes, systems and employee initiatives.

Working closely with the international HR team, you’ll support everything from interviews, offers and onboarding through to employee engagement, training, reporting and HR projects across the wider business.

It’s a great opportunity for someone with a couple of years’ HR experience who wants broader exposure within a large international design environment and plenty of scope to develop.

The Role

You’ll act as an important point of coordination between candidates, employees, hiring managers and the wider HR team, helping ensure recruitment and HR processes run efficiently across the London studio and international business.

The role is particularly suited to someone incredibly organised and people focused who enjoys the pace of recruitment but wants to continue developing across the wider HR function.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate interviews across hiring managers, candidates and international teams
  • Manage candidate communications, interview confirmations and follow-ups
  • Support the recruitment process from role approval through to offer acceptance
  • Prepare offer documentation and coordinate pre employment requirements
  • Support background and reference checks
  • Maintain accurate candidate information within the ATS
  • Coordinate onboarding and the new starter experience
  • Support recruitment reporting, hiring events and employer branding activity
  • Assist with employee engagement and recognition initiatives
  • Coordinate training and development activities
  • Support performance reviews, employee surveys and internal communications
  • Maintain HR systems, employee records and documentation
  • Assist with HR reporting, audits and data analysis
  • Support the implementation of HR policies and processes across international locations
  • Work with the wider HR team on projects and process improvements

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
