Part-Time HR Coordinator (12-Month Fixed-Term Contract)
Location: Health Shield, Electra Way, CW16HS - Hybrid Working
Hours: Part-time (Monday to Friday, flexible working hours)
Contract: 12-Month Fixed-Term Contract
Salary: £26,700 - £28,000 per annum - full time equivalent salary
About the Role
We are looking for an organised and proactive HR Coordinator to join our HR team on a part-time, 12-month fixed-term contract. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous HR administration experience who enjoys providing high-quality administrative support in a fast-paced environment.
Working closely with the HR team, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day HR processes while delivering an excellent experience for colleagues across the business.

- Provide administrative support across the HR function.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems.
- Support the onboarding and offboarding process.
- Prepare HR documentation, including contracts and letters.
- Assist with recruitment administration and interview coordination.
- Respond to HR-related queries from employees and managers.
- Ensure all HR documentation is maintained in line with company policies and GDPR requirements.
- Support the wider HR team with projects and other administrative tasks as required.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous experience working in an HR Administrator or similar HR support role.
- Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A professional and confidential approach to handling sensitive information.
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office, with experience using HR systems being an advantage.
