Position Summary
HR Coordinator will play a key role in the day-to-day delivery of HR operations across Delphos and its group companies. Working in an international environment, the role will support the full employee lifecycle and work closely with the Head of HR, employees and senior leadership across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate recruitment processes, including interview scheduling and candidate communication.
- Manage onboarding and offboarding activities and prepare employment documentation.
- Maintain accurate employee records, HR systems and documentation.
- Support payroll and benefits administration in coordination with external providers.
- Assist with visa, relocation and employment documentation where required.
- Maintain HR policies, templates and compliance records.
- Respond to day-to-day employee HR queries.
- Support employee engagement and internal HR communications.
- Assist with HR projects, reporting and process improvements across multiple entities and jurisdictions.
- Provide coordination and administrative support for selected leadership or cross-functional initiatives where required.

Ideal Background
- 2–3 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Coordination or a similar HR role.
- Experience working in an international environment.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and take ownership of tasks.
- Professional and confident communication skills, including working with senior stakeholders.
- Experience with HRIS systems and strong Microsoft Office skills.
- High level of discretion when handling confidential information.
- Fluent English.
