HR Co-ordinator (People Operations Co-ordinator)
📍 Chippenham, Wiltshire (Hybrid - 2 days onsite)
6-Month Fixed-Term Contract – open to part time (25 -30 hours a week) five days a week

At Alliance, our people are at the heart of everything we do. We're looking for a highly organised and proactive People Operations Co-ordinator to join our Global HR team on a 6-month fixed-term contract.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, thrives on accuracy, and takes pride in delivering outstanding support across the employee lifecycle. You'll play a key role in ensuring our people processes run smoothly while supporting payroll, reward initiatives, employee communications, and continuous improvement projects.
Working closely with our People Operations & Reward Partner, you'll help deliver a seamless experience for employees across the business while gaining exposure to a broad range of HR activities.
What you'll be doing
As our People Operations Co-ordinator, you'll:
- Support the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding and contracts through to employee changes and offboarding
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure our HR systems are always up to date
- Assist with reward and benefits administration, including annual pay reviews, bonus processes, pension schemes, private medical cover and other employee benefits
- Support employees with HR queries, providing a great service while ensuring confidentiality and professionalism
- Work closely with Finance and our payroll provider to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing
- Produce HR reports and monitor key people data, including holiday and absence records
- Coordinate supplier invoices, purchase orders and budget tracking
- Contribute to HR projects, process improvements and employee communication initiatives
- Help maintain internal HR resources and self-service information for employees

What we're looking for
We're interested in speaking with individuals who have:
- Previous HR administration or People Operations experience
- Exposure to employee lifecycle processes and payroll administration
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, and confidence working with HR systems
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy when handling employee data and documentation
- A proactive, hands-on approach with a willingness to improve processes
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- The ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- CIPD Level 3 qualification or a desire to work towards it
